Coming soon: Extra MSA Warrington. A next-generation motorway service area at Junction 11 of the M62.

About the project:

Warrington Services will be a landmark destination, combining high-quality food, retail, and rest facilities with landscaped leisure and community spaces. Located at Junction 11 of the M62, this significant investment will strengthen the region’s infrastructure, close key motorway safety gaps, and support economic growth across the North West. Construction is set to begin in early 2026.

This website will be updated as the site progresses, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us: warringtonextraservices@social.co.uk.

Sustainability and design

The new Warrington Services will be guided by a bespoke sustainability framework. From low-carbon construction to biodiversity enhancement, every element reflects our ESG commitment.

Connectivity

Warrington Services will close motorway service gaps of up to 52 miles, improving safety on the M6, M62, and M60 corridors. Secure HGV parking, modern welfare facilities, and EV-friendly design will help reduce fatigue-related collisions and provide every driver with a safe, comfortable place to rest.

Design

Designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, Warrington Services will combine modern convenience with a relaxed, open-air feel. Low barn-style buildings, inspired by Cheshire farmsteads, sit naturally within the landscape, surrounding a central courtyard filled with light, nature, and outdoor seating.
